Introduction to the chemical removal method of galvanized iron wire galvanized layer

Introduction to the chemical removal method of galvanized iron wire galvanized layer

After the galvanized wire is used for a period of time, the galvanized layer on the surface will be peeled off and dropped. This will affect the aesthetics of the galvanized wire. Only the galvanized layer on the surface will be completely removed, and then re-plated after grinding. Guaranteed longer-lasting use of galvanized iron wire.

Here is a brief introduction to the chemical method for removing the galvanized layer:

First, sodium hydroxide 200~300g/L sodium nitrite 100~200g/L water is needed to add 1L. This can remove relatively high-demand parts and their wires. The treatment temperature was 100 ° C, and the time was taken off.

Introduction of pickling of galvanized wire stainless steel and low carbon steel

These processes are usually multiple processes. The procedure for pickling stainless steel is:

(1)steam degreasing, which can remove most of the oil;

(2)a hot alkaline bath (with electrolysis) to remove hard-to-handle grease;

(3)Potassium permanganate dip team to improve the condition of metal oxide scale;

(4)acid leaching with hydrochloric acid to sensitize the surface (ie, remove the purified layer on the surface of the natural oxide);

(5)The solution is continuously washed. The solution contains 30% nitric acid and 3% hydrofluoric acid (calculated by the technical volume), and is generally immersed for 3 to 30 minutes at room temperature.

If it is carbon steel and low-grade gold steel, it should be immersed in 8~12% hydrofluoric acid solution (by weight) for 5~15min at 100~l05 exhalation temperature.
